What We Install in Your Home
Our work covers four things: water testing, water softeners, whole-home filtration and reverse osmosis for drinking water. Every install is handled by partner plumbers who are licensed and insured, and when you buy a water treatment system, the install comes with it. You get five years of coverage on the equipment valves, plus a separate five years on the installation and labor itself. If your test shows you can skip a piece of equipment, we'll say so.

Whole-Home Filtration
A carbon system on your main line that takes chlorine taste and smell out of every tap, shower and appliance in your home.

Water Softeners
Softeners sized from a real hardness reading, then plumbed with a bypass, a proper drain and settings matched to your home.

Reverse Osmosis
An under-sink reverse osmosis system for cleaner drinking and cooking water, set up with careful fittings, a correct drain connection and a checked tank.

Water Testing
A free, no-obligation test of hardness, chlorine, TDS, pH and iron at your tap, with the results written down and explained in plain words.
What Moves the Price
No two homes plumb the same way, so we don't quote blind. After the test and a look at your plumbing, we give you installed system pricing over the phone. Here is what changes that number.
Your price comes after a free water test and a look at the install spot, and we walk you through it by phone before any work is scheduled.
- Which system you need
- A single under-sink RO unit is a smaller job than a softener plus a whole-home carbon filter. The test decides which of these makes sense.
- How much water your home uses
- More bathrooms and more people mean more water through the system every day. A larger tank or filter keeps your flow steady when the shower and the washer are going together.
- Getting into the main line
- A lot of homes in the area were built with a softener loop already plumbed near the garage, and that keeps the job short. Without one, the plumber cuts into the main and builds a loop, and how far that pipe has to travel adds time.
- Drain and power access
- The unit needs a drain and, for most softeners, an outlet nearby. A long drain run or a new outlet adds time.
- Condition of the old setup
- Swapping out an aging softener sometimes reveals corroded fittings or a valve that won't close. We replace what has to go and tell you before we do.
How a Job Runs
Most installs take part of a day. Here is the order of it.
- 1
Free water test
We test your water for hardness and the things that affect taste and smell. There is no obligation. You see the numbers and we explain what they mean.
- 2
An honest recommendation
We tell you what fits and what doesn't. Sometimes that's a softener and a filter. Sometimes it's just an RO faucet at the kitchen sink.
- 3
Install day
The plumber lays down drop cloths, shuts off the water and makes the connections. Joints are cut square, deburred and supported so they don't stress over time. Then we pressure up slowly and check every fitting for drips.
- 4
Setup and walkthrough
We program the system, run a first cycle and show you the bypass, the salt level and the filter change schedule. We haul off the boxes and any old equipment and wipe down the area.

About Our Company
We are a small water treatment company that does one thing: put good systems into homes and make them last. We'd rather spend an extra half hour on a drain line than come back for a leak next summer.
Hard water is common across the Valley, and it shows up as spots on glass, crust on faucets and short-lived water heaters. A well-set softener or filter handles that. A sloppy one just moves the problem somewhere else. That's why we care about the fittings, the settings and the cleanup as much as the equipment.
- License
- Installs done by licensed and insured partner plumbers
- Warranty
- 5-year warranty on equipment valves; 5-year warranty on installation and labor
Why the Small Stuff Matters on an Install
Most water systems that fail early fail at a fitting, a drain or a setting someone rushed. So that is where we spend our time.
- 01
Licensed plumbers make the connections
Installs are done by licensed and insured partner plumbers, not a salesperson with a wrench. They cut into your water line, set the bypass and make every connection. You are not handing your plumbing to someone learning on the job.
- 02
Drains done the right way
Softeners and RO units both send water to a drain. We run those lines with a proper air gap and secure them so they don't kink, slip or siphon back. A loose drain line is the most common leak we see on other people's installs.
- 03
A bypass you can actually use
Every system gets a bypass valve set where you can reach it. If you ever need to shut the unit off, you can keep water running to the house in a few seconds. We show you how before we leave.
- 04
Parts and labor both covered
The equipment valves carry a 5-year warranty. The installation and labor have their own 5-year warranty. If a joint we made starts to weep, that is on us.
- 05
Set to your water, not a default
Softeners ship with factory settings that rarely fit a real home. We program regeneration from your hardness reading and how many people live there, which saves salt and water.
Questions We Hear Most
- Is a softener really necessary for my house?
- Your test results decide that, and we run the test for free. If the hardness is high enough to build crust on fixtures and line your water heater, a softener pays off. If it's on the low side, we'll tell you and point you to a smaller option, or to skipping it.
- How is a softener different from a filter?
- A softener pulls out the minerals behind scale and spotting. A carbon filter removes the taste and smell of chlorine. Reverse osmosis cleans drinking and cooking water even further at a single faucet. Plenty of homes are best served by a softener paired with an RO unit at the kitchen sink.
- Is there a charge for testing my water?
- No. The test is free, and you have no obligation to buy anything after it. We walk through your results with you either way.
- Does a system come with a warranty?
- Qualifying systems come with a lifetime warranty on the tanks. When we go over pricing, we'll let you know if the one you're considering qualifies.
- Do you charge separately for installation?
- No. Installation comes included with water treatment systems. The price you get covers both the equipment and the plumbing to hook it up.
- Where will the equipment be installed?
- Most often in the garage, and on the existing softener loop when the house has one. RO units sit below the kitchen sink, with a small faucet up on the counter. We check your space and choose a place where adding salt and changing filters is easy.
- How much time does installation take?
- An RO unit, or hooking up to a loop that's already there, usually takes a few hours. Building a new loop or putting in a softener and filter together runs longer. The water is shut off only while the plumber connects the pipes.
